摘要:
目的 探讨血清颗粒蛋白前体(PGRN)、C反应蛋白(CRP)在儿童支原体肺炎中检测的临床意义。方法 选取2016年6月至2019年6月我院收治的49例支原体肺炎患儿为观察组,47例细菌性肺炎为对照组。比较两组儿童血清PGRN、CRP水平及临床特征,采用Logistic回归分析判定影响儿童支原体肺炎发生的因素。结果 观察组患儿血清PGRN、CRP水平均低于对照组患儿(P<0.05); 观察组患儿反复呼吸道感染构成比与对照组患儿比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05); Logistic多因素回归分析显示血清PGRN、CRP均是影响支气管肺炎发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论 观察患儿血清PGRN、CRP水平均异常升高,且均低于对照组患儿,血清PGRN、CRP在儿童观察发生发展中具有意义。
