摘要:
目的 分析加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery, ERAS)理念和肺结节胸腔镜术前精准定位技术在肺部小结节日间手术中临床应用效果。方法 选择2021年11月至2022年3月我院收治的经术前定位行胸腔镜手术肺结节日间手术患者(DSG)27例为观察组,住院手术患者(ISG)30例为对照组。分析两组平均住院日、费用及并发症等指标。结果 两组临床资料特征无显著差异。观察组术后胸引管留置时间(1 d)和总住院日(1 d)低于对照组(2.47±0.57 vs. 4.57±0.63)d,P=0.000; 观察组总住院费用(49 990.81±8 232.98)元低于对照组(56 031.17±11 591.63)元,P=0.013; 观察组手术时间(56.30±11.32)min、术中出血量(10.00±8.66)ml相较对照组(64.07±17.40)min,(7.67±8.81)ml无明显差异(P=0.053,P=0.319); 观察组术后总引流量(97.96±44.19)ml少于对照组(158.33±84.45)ml,P=0.002。两组术后并发症情况无明显差异(P=0.172)。结论 肺结节患者行术前定位后的日间手术流程安全、有效,能够缩短住院日,降低住院费用。
