摘要:
目的 分析鸦胆子油乳辅助培美曲塞二钠+卡铂(PC方案)化疗对非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC)免疫功能和炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2020年2月至2022年10月我院收治的NSCLC患者53例,随机分为观察组27例和对照组26例。观察组采取鸦胆子油乳辅助PC化疗方案,对照组采取PC化疗方案,分析两组治疗前后免疫功能、炎症因子指标、有效率及不良反应。结果 两组治疗前免疫细胞阳性率和CD4+/CD8+比值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后CD3+、CD4+阳性率及CD4+/CD8+降低,CD8+升高,观察组免疫功能变化幅度小于对照组(P<0.05); 观察组IL-6(18.76±4.20)ng/L vs.(29.15±4.77)ng/L、IL-10(16.62±3.07)ng/L vs.(18.83±3.49)ng/L、CRP(16.89±3.56)mg/L vs.(23.14±3.84)mg/L、TNF-α(221.58±23.98)ng/L vs.(258.02±28.14)ng/L较对照组低(P<0.05); 观察组完全缓解率(40.74% vs. 30.77%),部分缓解率(33.33% vs. 15.38%),稳定率(22.22% vs. 42.31%),恶化率(3.70% vs. 11.54%),总有效率(74.07% vs. 46.15%),优于对照组(χ2=4.316,P=0.038)。不良反应发生率观察组较对照组(25.93% vs. 53.85%),(P=0.05)。结论 鸦胆子油乳辅助PC化疗方案可有效增强NSCLC免疫功能,降低炎症因子水平,提高临床疗效,降低不良反应发生率,具有临床意义。
